What's this about?

Anything about how the tutor works, subjects, or your account.

We reply by email. No newsletter, ever.

The five we answer most

Most messages get a reply within one working day. Bug reports that stop you using the tutor jump the queue — say so in the first line and we'll treat it that way.

The cap exists because the tutor runs on a shared free-tier API key, and without it one account can use up the day's quota for everyone. It resets on a rolling 24-hour window, so waiting a few hours is usually faster than writing to us.

Yes — it's the most useful message you can send. Include the subject, the question you asked, and what the answer should have been. Those examples are what we use to tighten the per-subject prompts.

Teachers are welcome. Pick “Schools & teachers” above and tell us roughly how many students and which year groups, and we'll write back about limits and setup.

Email us from the address you signed up with and ask. We remove the account, its conversations, and its messages — there's no retention period we hold them for afterwards.

Still stuck? Send us the details or read the blog.
